Services Statute 245.B. Licensing makes regular scheduled reviews of
each program. Services are provided 244 days per year. Phoenix Alternatives, Inc.
has licensed programs in Washington and Ramsey Counties

The program directors and managers listed above oversee service delivery and supervise Coordinators assigned to their respective sites. The Coordinators supervise a team of staff that provides consumer program services. These positions include: team leaders, instructors, program associates, and job coaches. The Transportation Coordinators oversee the drivers.
