Phoenix Alternatives Inc. provides persons with disabilities the resources they need to achieve success and to build connections in their community. Established as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) Day Training and Habilitation program to serve adults with developmental disabilities, Phoenix Alternatives Inc. (PAI) has shown a commitment to offering a broad range of services to meet the diversified needs of the community. Customized community based locations serve individuals living in Ramsey County, Washington County and other surrounding counties.
